🔗 Connecting Social Accounts to AI Social Suites

Connecting your social media accounts allows you to schedule, preview, and publish posts directly from your unified dashboard. This guide covers how to connect Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Facebook & Instagram Connection

Since both platforms are managed by Meta, the connection process is similar.

1. Access Social Settings: Navigate to AI Social Suites -> Social Settings.
2. Enter Credentials: Expand the Facebook or Instagram card. Enter your App ID and App Secret.
   • If you don't have these, follow the Facebook & Instagram App Setup Guide.
3. Save & Connect: Click Save Configuration, then click Connect New Account.
4. Authorize: You will be redirected to Meta. Select the Facebook Pages or Instagram Business Accounts you want to link.

X (Twitter) Connection

1. Access Social Settings: Navigate to AI Social Suites -> Social Settings.
2. Enter Credentials: Expand the X (Twitter) card. Enter the required 6 Keys (API Key, API Secret, Access Token, Access Token Secret, Client ID, and Client Secret).
   • If you don't have these, follow the Twitter App Setup Guide.
3. Save & Connect: Click Save Configuration, then click Connect New Account.
4. Authorize: Follow the prompts on the X authorization page.

LinkedIn Connection

1. Access Social Settings: Navigate to AI Social Suites -> Social Settings.
2. Enter Credentials: Expand the LinkedIn card. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
   • If you don't have these, follow the LinkedIn App Setup Guide.
   • Note: Your LinkedIn app must be in Verified status in the developer portal to work.
3. Save & Connect: Click Save Configuration, then click Connect New Account.
4. Authorize: Select the LinkedIn Profile or Page you want to connect and authorize Artifism.

TikTok Connection

1. Access Social Settings: Navigate to AI Social Suites -> Social Settings.
2. Enter Credentials: Expand the TikTok card. Enter your Client ID and Client Secret.
   • If you don't have these, follow the TikTok App Setup Guide.
3. Save & Connect: Click Save Configuration, then click Connect New Account.
4. Authorize: Log in to TikTok and grant the requested permissions.

🚀 Ready to Post?

Now that your accounts are connected, you can:

• Setup Cron Job: Ensure your Cron Job is set up to process scheduled posts automatically.
• Draft a Post: Use the Post Creator to write your first post.
• Use AI: Generate engaging captions and hashtags with the AI Assistant.
• Monitor Schedule: Keep track of your upcoming posts in the Visual Content Calendar.

❓ Troubleshooting

Account won't connect?

• Ensure an administrator has enabled the platform in Feature Preferences.
• Check that your Redirect URI in the developer portal matches exactly what is shown in Artifism.
• Try using an Incognito Window to avoid session or redirect cache issues.

Token Expired?

If an account status changes to Inactive, go to the Platform page and click the Refresh icon in the Actions column to re-authorize.
